People are Serious About BBQ
Most everyone who enjoys BBQ is opinionated about it.
Very opinionated.
Nothing wrong with that!
I understand there is a certain amount of regional pride when it comes to BBQ.
Everyone favors their particular area of the country, or their own private recipe.
You’ve got your BBQ sauce people and your dry rub people.
Sweet tomato sauces come out of Kansas City.
From Memphis, dry rubs are strong.
South Carolina has the mustard sauce.
There’s even white mayo sauce coming out of Alabama.
For me, it just depends what strikes my fancy at a given moment on a give day. I like it all.
There’s no such thing as bad BBQ. Or maybe there is, but I sure haven’t met it very often.
If you are talking BBQ, you are talkin one great cuisine that you can hardly go wrong with.
