BBQ Mistakes Are Easy to Make
There are many mistakes a person can make with BBQ.
Buying cheap meat may be the first one.
Being impatient may be the second one.

BBQ Sauce
2 T oil or butter
1- 2 onions, diced
1 C ketchup
1 can tomato sauce
Half cup molasses
Half cup brown sugar
2 T Chinese chili sauce
Saute the onion in the shortening, and combine the ingredients. Simmer slowly. This is pretty perky as sauces go. If you think it might be too much for you, back off on the chili sauce.
Add a little water as necessary.
